I had recently started using Zoe to do my accounts when I became self employed. Having spoken to Zoe on a number of occasions before I discovered that she was highly capable in what she did.
This was realised when I sent over my accounts to her where she then proceeded to ask a few follow up questions and then clearly set out the accounts in an easy to understand manner.
